copy/paste everything from 04tool, remove duplicates from first stage (auss) and press "ADD n-next stages"
after it u can add missing ones - choose stage from drop-down list and press "ADD n-next stages"
Ok I fixed last problem.
Penalties insert manually : P. Bartek() 5:00,000 ( ". " is important : "P. Bartek() 5:00,000" not "Bartek() 5:00,000")
